TED talk by Dr. Strayer on science behind the cognitive recovery through nature. This talk highlights how nature can help our minds recuperate from multitasking and reminds us to “Unplug and connect with nature!” link to TEDx talk.

I also felt that Calgary (where I live) could have been swapped for Utah in his opening remarks.
